There is something quite disturbing about IT people discussing an accent wall for they’re office. The depth and knowledge we have about paint colours and shades could be considered also quite disturbing.

So in the last while I have found that some people can’t handle the truth. Relaying to them the root cause of the problem is a little like selling them a timeshare. You just have to hope they are in the mood to pay more than they can afford. In this case they have to be okay with believing the truth, even if it does define them as the root cause.

One of the other critical elements is that if you have to use a travel agent, do not use one that grades hotels on either a 5 hooker or drug dealer ratings. A friend of mine stayed in one the other day and I really hope he brought his own sheets and slept standing up in a bubble!
