I can understand why the Military has used loud music on those they wish to preturb. It has a wonderful ability to create a level of dementia that can strip a person of ration and reason.

I live near several ‘charming’ families who believe that this loud LOUD, did I tell you how ****ing loud, bass is good for the soul. After 8 plus months of this I now know that some people are truly challenged mentally to the point where bunghole is totally unaware they are a bunghole.

I now know I live in a city where you can be as loud as you like from 8 AM to 10 PM. I am having a problem with this. I love paying my mortgage so that another can make me uncomfortable in my own home and I have to smile. 

Let me count the ways. I am not sure which chapter this solution will be in, but am damned sure it will be an interesting one to read.
