Yes this line has been over used, abused and sodomized since it first was heard in movies theaters everywhere. And in order to make life better and sound somewhat witty, I am abusing it now myself. So I came to work by bus, and I had breakfast from my fridge. I have just had lunch from my fridge and I will get the bus home. I am sorry to report but we should have done this a long friggin time ago folks. There is nothing more opulent that this in living in a cube. All I need is a microwave, and mine is in the other side of the building for my team to use. Folks I am living large here. A geek and his fridge, maybe this could be a TV show? They have one man and his dog, and yes admittedly the dog does something useful. In the land of the geek the man with his own fridge and microwave is an admin.

I came to work last night and got my fridge ready, so when I can in Dan was ready to be useful. My food was chilled, my drinks were cold and I was happy. Now when the weather changes my mood might too, but I am the man with the fridge!

I charged my blue tooth headset, my ipod and I was ready to rock this morning folks. I woke up feeling like a bad night at the Roxbury. I was off balance, however my heavy reliance on technology and my need to feel self important and my fridge now has me where I need to be. What I now know is my fridge needs a block of edam, cheddar, my branston pickled chutney, some colemans mustard and some cidona to be the keeper of universal calm!

Although I have to admit it is doing pretty damned good right now!
